I’m Charmaine Coleman, a CIPD-qualified HR professional with over 15 years’ experience partnering with leaders across start-ups, scale-ups, and established organisations. My approach is pragmatic and people-focused - I believe great HR isn’t about policies for the sake of it, but about creating practical solutions that genuinely support business growth and a thriving workplace culture.
